We're thrilled to announce that Château Rouge is participating in the 2026 Center City District Restaurant Week, running from January 18 through January 31. This winter, we're joining over 120 of Philadelphia's finest dining establishments in offering an exclusive three-course prix-fixe dinner menu at just $45 per person.

A Heartfelt Thank You to Center City District

We're honored and deeply appreciative that the Center City District featured Château Rouge on their official Restaurant Week website. Being included among Philadelphia's most celebrated culinary destinations is a recognition we don't take lightly. The Center City District has been instrumental in showcasing the incredible diversity and quality of Philadelphia's dining scene, and we're grateful to be part of this cherished tradition that has brought our community together for over two decades.

What makes this recognition even more special is that Château Rouge was noted as one of just five restaurants from The Philadelphia Inquirer's prestigious "76" list—the publication's curated guide to the region's most essential restaurants—to participate in Restaurant Week. We're proud to represent our unique blend of Cameroonian heritage and French culinary technique alongside some of the city's most respected establishments.

Our $45 Restaurant Week Menu

During Restaurant Week, we're offering a specially curated three-course dinner menu at $45 per person, designed to showcase the authentic flavors and sophisticated techniques that make Château Rouge unique.

Our menu features some of our signature dishes, including our celebrated lagdo—a thick, white-fleshed fish from Cameroon that's grilled to perfection. We highly recommend starting your meal with our suya wings, a crowd favorite that beautifully represents the bold, aromatic spices of West African cuisine.

Each dish on our Restaurant Week menu has been thoughtfully selected to give you a taste of what makes our Graduate Hospital neighborhood restaurant special: the artful marriage of traditional Cameroonian ingredients and cooking methods with refined French culinary techniques.

Join Us in Celebrating Philadelphia's Culinary Excellence

As CCD President and CEO Prema Katari Gupta beautifully put it, "The ritual of gathering around a table to share a meal reminds us that Center City is where our community comes together. Our restaurant scene doesn't just feed people—it creates moments of togetherness and connection that remind us why downtown matters."

We couldn't agree more. At Château Rouge, we believe in the power of food to bring people together, to tell stories, and to create lasting memories. Restaurant Week is the perfect opportunity to experience our unique culinary perspective and to be part of Philadelphia's vibrant dining community.

We look forward to welcoming you to our table this January. Bon appétit!
