This February, Chateau Rouge is proud to honor Black History Month by celebrating the cultures, stories, and culinary traditions that inspire everything we do.
As a Black-owned restaurant rooted in African heritage and diaspora flavors, this month is deeply personal to us. Food has always been a way to preserve history, pass down knowledge, and bring people together—and our kitchen is built on that legacy.
To say thank you to our community and to invite you to celebrate with us, our Special Formula Menu will be available for $45 instead of $55 throughout the entire month of February.
This special offer is our way of making space at the table for reflection, celebration, and connection—through flavors that tell a story far bigger than the plate.
